Target Audience

The target audiences for the training available at the Emailvision Training Academy can be split into three main areas:

> New Client Training
If you are a new client to Emailvision you will have Basic Campaign Commander™ training included in the “Set-up” section your contract. This course is the initial training course for the Emailvision tool, Campaign Commander™. It is held over one day, and delegates will leave feeling confident using Campaign Commander™  and its features.

> Existing Client Training
Within the dynamic environment of marketing departments, there is often staff turnover. Invariably new starters are taught by their peers inheriting bad habits and inefficiency. This course mirrors the initial training course for Campaign Commander™ taught in the Set-up training which is included in the contract. The course is held over one day, and delegates will leave feeling confident using Campaign Commander™ and its features.

> Advanced User Training
Many clients are not using Campaign Commander™ to its full potential, simply because of a lack of knowledge of its full features. As part of Emailvision’s commitment to improving the client user experience, a series of advanced training modules have been created. These aim to extend client knowledge and subsequently improve the performance of their email campaigns.
